Supply for the trade, on written terms.
We open accounts for businesses that buy, import or sell tobacco products in their own market. This page explains who we supply, how an account is opened and the terms we work to.

Before you apply.
Do you sell to consumers or run a webshop?
No. We are a wholesale company and sell only to businesses. We do not advertise to the public or sell online to individuals.
Where can I see prices?
Prices are given in a written offer to verified trade buyers. We do not publish price lists, because prices depend on product, quantity, delivery terms and market.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
We supply buyers whose licences cover the destination market. Export shipments travel with the export and import documents of both countries.
Which payments do you accept?
Payment is by bank transfer in AED, USD or EUR, on the terms agreed in the written contract.
How long does verification take?
Usually a few working days once we hold complete documents. Buyers in higher risk markets, or with complex ownership, may take longer.
Can I buy a single box?
Minimum quantities are set per category and stated in the offer. Ask when you enquire.
